New Hampton Industrial Park South
New Hampton's industrial park features complete infrastructure and is strategically located adjacent to U.S. Highway 63 North. The site has 140 acres ready for development and is zoned multi-purpose which allows for a mix of commercial and industrial businesses. New Hampton Municipal Light & Butler County REC is the electric supplier; Black Hills Energy is the natural gas supplier; and New Hampton Municipal Utilities and Windstream provide telecommunications services. The park is located one hour from commercial air service and only 45 minutes from Interstate 35. The park has been designated a tax increment finance area. The park is owned and operated by the New Hampton Industrial Development Corporation.
