INFRASTRUCTURE MAINTENANCE. In addition to the rates for water and sewer services provided for elsewhere in Chapter 92 & 99 of the City Code, each residential dwelling unit and commercial/industrial contributor, as defined in the City’s Zoning Ordinance, shall pay the amended monthly fee for the maintenance, improvement, and operation of the City’s infrastructure. Effective July 1, 2025, the infrastructure maintenance and operation fee shall be as follows:
- Road Maintenance, Equipment, & Stormwater Infrastructure – $12.00 per residential user and $15 per commercial/industrial user.
