Infrastructure Maintenance

(EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2021)

 

INFRASTRUCTURE MAINTENANCE. In addition to the rates for water and sewer services provided for elsewhere in Title V of the City Code, each residential and commercial user shall pay a monthly fee per meter for the maintenance, improvement, and operation of the City’s infrastructure. Effective July 1, 2021, the infrastructure maintenance and operation fee shall be as follows:

 

1. Stormwater Infrastructure – $2.50 per residential user and $5.00 per commercial user
2. Water and Sewer Infrastructure – $5.00 per user
3. Road Maintenance and Equipment – $5.00 per user
